After successfully running her own hairdressing business for 18 years, she transitioned into a leadership role as Operations Manager at Hollywood Nails, overseeing 73 Salons. She oversaw teams, streamlined processes, and contributed to the growth of one of Australia’s leading nail salon brands.

In 2020, driven by a passion for helping others grow and succeed, she founded Millionaire Business Coach — a platform dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs to build profitable, purpose-driven businesses. Through coaching, mentoring, and real-world business strategy, she’s helped clients turn ideas into thriving ventures.

Always evolving, Thi (Mish) expanded her creative credentials by completing professional training in makeup artistry, and in 2022, she became a certified personal stylist, further cementing her reputation as a multi-passionate powerhouse with a deep understanding of personal branding, presence, and confidence.
